FOR AMAZON FBA SELLERS

Amazon Fee Preview Report Analyzer

Turn a U.S. Amazon Fee Preview export into a clear per-SKU review queue. Add your costs, compare an older report, and leave with an action list. No account needed.

01 / Import

Start with Amazon’s Fee Preview

In Seller Central, open Reports → Fulfillment → Fee Preview and download the report. The tab-delimited file stays on this device.

02 / Your costs

Add the costs Amazon cannot know

Apply a common amount to every SKU, or upload a sheet with sku,cost-of-goods,inbound-per-unit,ads-per-unit,other-per-unit. The sheet overrides common amounts for matching SKUs.

03 / Compare

Check what changed

Add an older Fee Preview report to spot SKUs whose estimated Amazon fees rose. We compare the report totals, not transactions already charged.

YOUR ACTION LIST

Load a report or try the sample. Your most urgent SKUs will appear here.

How the audit calculates contribution

For each SKU, the audit subtracts Amazon’s estimated fee total, your product cost, inbound cost, ads and other per-unit costs from the report price. It uses the fee total only once. Referral, fulfillment and closing fees appear as a breakdown; any remainder is labelled “other Amazon fees” for review. A second report is joined by SKU to show the difference between two estimates.

It does not infer costs that are absent from your files. Storage, return costs, taxes and actual ad charges need your input. Use the single-product FBA calculator to test a new price, package or seasonal scenario, and the 2026 fee guide for definitions and sources.

Questions sellers ask

Is my Amazon report uploaded?+
No. Your report and cost sheet are read and analysed in your browser. They are not sent to CommerceProfitLab. The files are not saved after you close the page.
Is Fee Preview the same as my actual charged fees?+
No. Amazon calls it an estimate for your active FBA offers. Use a settlement or payments report to verify what was actually charged on a transaction.
Which file should I download?+
In Amazon Seller Central, choose Reports, Fulfillment, then Fee Preview. The report is commonly a tab-delimited text file. The audit also reads CSV exports with the same column names.
What if I do not have product costs?+
You can still review estimated Amazon fees and compare two Fee Preview exports. Add cost of goods to identify loss-making or low-margin products. The table labels results before product costs when cost data is missing.
